They Cant hear me if I'm using speakerphone.

So my g/f and I both have S9+.
If i'm using speakerphone and she's using headphones, she can't hear me clearly. if she switches to speakerphone, it's clear on both ends, if we're both using headphones, it's clear for both. I hear clearly whether she's using headphones, speakerphone or not.

anyone else encountered this issue? I'm really trying to nail where the issue is, on my end or hers. maybe even a noise cancelling issue on my end, or a headphone issue on hers

Verizon, my symptoms sounds hardware/software though.

I read somewhere hd calling is the culprit...try switching that off
