Is your phone on T-Mobile/from T-Mobile? Is it rooted? Do you get any error or the standard 'up to date' message when trying to check for updates? Have you tried OTA or through WiFi? What about if you try to update via SmartSwitch on a PC? You can also try a Best Buy with a Samsung Experience booth, they will usually be able to help with updating via USB.

Mine is a T-Mobile branded phone, it doesn't give me an error message, all it says is that it's up to date. It's been all through OTA, I don't have a laptop.

When you go to updates does it say on one line check for updates and on another line continue update? Is this normal??? HJ

Tried through WiFi, too? With a TMobile SIM card? Chances are a new update is coming soon, though, but if you don't want to wait I'd say the BestBuy route is the fastest if all else fails. Again, no root or modified ROMs, correct?

I thought it was said T-Mobile pulled the update due to some issues.. I'm still on Feb 1st as well. From what I remember the update was supposed to be pushed out again soon.

That one as well. Supposedly there were people on Reddit complaining the March security update from T-Mo bricked their phones. It was being discussed on xda last time I checked

Mine does not show anything similar to what you're saying. It just says "checking for updates" and then "The device is up to date."

My Husband (S9) & I (S9+) both received the (ARC6) updates. (Before it was pulled.)

Fortunately, neither of us suffered from the loops, but I now have poor call quality at times. Also, dropped calls & dead air time. I was fine before (ARC6). Husband has no problems.

As Roseanne Roseannadanna used to say, "it just goes to show you, it's always something — if it ain't one thing, it's another!"

I must have been one of the lucky ones that got the ARC6 updates on their T-Mobile S9+ phone for March.
