On my galaxy S9+ the secure folder feature no longer works. When I tap the secure folder option in the drag down quick settings, the icon goes blue (active) immediately without asking for fingerprint or password. No documents are visible in my secure folder.

I think this started happening after the last phone update, but I cannot be sure as I don't use secure folder very much.

If I go into settings and go to secure folder it still asks me for a password to make any changes, but I can't see anything obviously wrong there.
