Did Samsung get rid of the option to have power saving come on automatically when your device gets below a certain percentage?

I believe it was removed I keep mine in medium power saving

you can do it with profiles (part of good lock 2018...'get or in the galaxy store)

Don't think so, I think it kicks in when you get to 10% or 5% battery.
I don't let my Note 8 get that low so I don't remember exactly which one.
