Why can't I enable certain apps?

Recently on my phone (S9, Android P) a couple apps got disabled and a few of these cannot be re-enabled like for example the Camera app, calendar app, clock app, Finder, Weather. Any help?

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you try to re-enable them in the Settings>Apps menu? Or is the Enable button greyed out?

Are you logged in as yourself, or under a guest profile?

You are on beta. Report it on Samsung Community app.

I usually recommend wiping cache partition. And be prepared to do factory reset and go easy on setting up.
Maybe not restore. Glitches happen.

And you havent used side loaded any app with apk.
Also it was fine before plunging into Pie?
What country? Pie is still limited countries.
