akg earphone problems.

With a slight movement, the sound only comes through one ear and I have to spend ages twisting the plug before it finally plays it in the other ear. Then when I let go, it only plays out of one ear. Anyone else having these problems or are the earphones broken somewhere?

Is the headphone jack inserted all the way? Sometimes it might not be inserted all the way, especially if you're using a case, and the hole on the case isn't quite big enough or is slightly off-center.

Have you tried using the headphones in another device, such as with a computer, to see if you experience the same problem?

tried on my iPad and the same thing is happening. I have to keep on twisting the plug.
