Is there a way to arrange your apps by their installation date in the app drawer?

    In a word, no.

Many of the files associated with an app (classes) keep their compile dates. Some have the installation date because they were created at installation, but unless you root the phone, you can't get to any of those files. And you can't change the dates of the icons in the app drawer.

You would think by now that they would have come up with a way to be able to organize your app drawer in that way. Some people have one a 100 apps. If they run into any problems and it turns it to be an app that was installed sometime in the past two weeks, it would be easier to work your way backwards by deleting app in the order they came in.
