What if the OP is mistaken? The bottom of a legit S9+ looks like that in photos I found, and that "slot" is the speaker. That's why we need to see the top where the real SIM/SD slot should be. Think this may be legit phone and it's just missing the sled?

For one the OP is not mistaken. While the positions of the holes are correct, the S9 speaker has a pillar in the middle when you look at the speaker from that angle. Plus the writing on the back is not as visible as what he shown on the photos.

Edit: Here's the bottom of the real S9. The speaker slot has a pillar in the middle and you could see the mesh deep inside. The pictures the OP posted have rather shallow mesh.

I agree chanchan, my s9+ speaker at the bottom is open no mesh . And the writing on the back below where the s9+ logo is etched barley visible while OP is highlighted big .

You'd also notice that whatever is on the space of the heart rate sensor looks different.

OP, take photos from every side. If sim tray is not on the top, then maybe it's under volume buttons. Also, even though it's a fake, there should be some kind of manual with it, no?
