please help google play store authentication error

i cannot acces the play store
it gives me this every time " authentication is required. please sign into your google account"
i just got my s3 about 5 days ago
i have tried everything ; restarted the phone ,cleared the data in the google account , made a new account but nothing seems to work
please help i don't want to do a factory rest

i downloaded play store 3.10.10 as apk it doesn't ask for authentication anymore,
but it only opens on the category and everything its blank
