Hi all...I searched for this subject and noticed it has come up just a couple of times but with other problems in addition to that.
I have just the problem of playlists dropping out...I wondered if anyone has found a fix yet?
I tried downloading a different player called play music and did the usual gruelling playlist set up and it still removes them. I believe the fault must lay within the phone somehow but it is really annoying!
I will get the playlist backup facility for the time being and hope a fix is found soon!
