I upgraded the latest firmware yesterday and since then I cannot access my media files as it comes up with the following error message:
"Unfortunately, the process android.prosess.media has stopped"
I cannot access google play store either as it comes up with the same message and shuts down. My Galaxy S III freezes for a few seconds as soon as this error message comes up and while I am using my phone it comes up every 3-4 seconds.
I have tried switching the phone on and off, Removing the battery, factor data reset and closing the android downloader application then restarting the phone; however none of these seem to work. I have also checked for any more updates and it says that I have got all the latest updates.
I do not know what else to do now, any suggestions?
