If using bluetooth only does not work, PDANET Tablet works. It is what I use with my charge and tablet.

In my experience, I have fond that the Bluetooth Tethering connection is only successful with Motorola phones. In addition, Knave yet to find a Motorola phone that doesn't work with it, so if you want free Bluetooth tethering, go Moto.
