Network error please try again later

I keep getting this 'toast' popup error at the bottom of the screen. I installed an app called Toast Source, that says the error is being caused by Google Drive.

I cleaned the cache and disabled Drive but when Drive is running I get the error again .

I should mention that my wifi connection is fine,and both my other devices don't have this message. In fact in spite of the error message the Tab 4 is working fine.

Any thoughts?

Go to Settings>Apps, select Drive, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now open Drive and give it a few seconds to sync again. Do you still get the error message?

Thanks that seemed to solve it,, I see that I should have cleared the DATA too not just the cache I was getting that message every few seconds!
