Stuck with this error "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped"

I have a galaxy tab2 p3100 and it just did a system update last night, now I keep getting the message that com.google.process.gapps has stopped. :-[ I can't download from the Google play store and now it keeps force closing. Please help!!!!!

I have the Galaxy S3 and I'm getting the same message. I've tried powering off, restart, clear cache. Nothing seems to make this go away! HELP!
