My galaxy tab 7.0 had blackout

i tried to upgrade my Samsaung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 android 2.2 OS to jellybean 4.1 via Frameware from air through Odin 3.01....but as the device was at safe mood (yellow triangle that says (downloading) underneath) suddenly it stuck & powered down by its own....i tried to reboot but it didn't work, pushing volume up+ power at the same time also didn't work, plugging it to either charger or laptop gives no response, i removed battery and put it back again but it didn't work too, plz tell me what to do & what is wrong with my Tab
