How to disable animation?

I have the GTab 2 10.1 4.2.2. I want to turn off the animation. There is no "Developer Option" on my Tab 2. Anyone have an answer? Thanks, Ray

You typically have to activate the Developer Options menu by going to Settings/About Tablet and tapping the Build Version about 7 times. It should tell you that you've now activated the Developer Options menu.
