Crash when using app 'DS note'

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and have been trying to make use of the DS note app that works with my Synology NAS, but when moving from note to note in the app my tablet will freeze and restart. I've been in contact with Synology and they got me to turn on USB Debugging within the Developers section of settings and recreate the crash and send them the log, which I did, and here is their reply...

Unfortunately we cannot find any crash logs however we can find a kernel panic log:

We would advise that you contact Samsung support as this is an isolated issue and we cannot find any errors within our software.

This is way over my head and I was hoping to get some advice from people that understand this better then I do and tell me what to do, should this be referred to Samsung?

Thanks in advance
