How can I fix my bricked device?

so, i recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. I then installed cyanogenmod 12 on it and booted it but it has been stuck on the boot screen for a day now. On top of that my PC no longer recognizes my tablet anymore.
Can someone please help me?
I am out of options.

Are you able to boot in to download mode or recovery?
