Tab 3 prints great ... sometimes???

Hi Wise Ones,

I can print pictures and documents to my Canon MX922 fine, using the Pixma App. But when I try to print out of the email program, the Tab3 can successfully detect the printer, but then takes me to the Google store to download the app, which is, obviously, already downloaded.

Can anyone help me with this?

Try just downloading it (again) the next time the email program asks you to. For some reason it's not seeing that Pixma is there.

Thank you for your reply. Because the app is already installed, Google Play asks me if I want to open it, rather than install it.
