[AC Question]

I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite model SM-T111. I was surfing a news site when my tab froze. Tried pressing the Home button but it doesn't work so I tried switching it off. Tried switching it on again but now it keeps doing this thing where it switch on and shows the startup display but then it switched off, and it switched back on again, and it keeps repeating as I write this. (btw my battery level is at about 60%)

I tried pressing and holding down the power button a little longer but it won't work at all. Tried holding down the power button + volume down together too but it won't work either. I'm not too particular about doing a hard reset because I have quite a lot of files I'd like to keep, but either way is it fixable? Please help, thank you.

Perhaps the battery has failed, or some internal component?
