Sync issues (Contacts, Schedule, etc) can I get some help please?

Synch issues (Contacts, Schedule, etc)

Samsung TAB3 GT-P5210 4.4.2

After a rebuild of my PC I cannot synch contacts, etc., from my PC to the Tablet.

I installed Kies but it points me to Smart Switch and permits me to go no further. “Smart Switch PC” seems to revert to the “device” and not the PC version.

Been at this for a while and it is very frustrating.

Please help?
