This is a different case than the others, My old samsung tablet was no longer usable, as if it was stuck in the samsung logo.
My brother gave me his samsung galaxy tab 3 and it has alot of problems (note: flex seal cant fix it)
The tablet blinks, like how human blinks, It turns black for a millisecond, and that stair like thingy near the wifi logo at the top of your device will turn to a slashed circle
And then after a second (it depends on what time) it will drain
