Samsung Galaxy TAB SCH 1800 ..bootmode = 7 from cmdline

I have Samsung Galaxy TAB SCH 1800 and getting message bootmode = 7 from cmdline repeating again and again not further progress like proper startup.

I used odin 3 but mistake I tick on update bootloader with provide bootloader file..
kindly helpme.
