Why is my tablet always zoomed in just a little?

[Android Central Question]

Everything seems like it is zoomed in just a little bit. When i play games on my Android phone everything looks normal but on my Samsund Tab A, it looks zoomed. Web pages, apps, games, everything. I've checked every setting i can find, changed font size, Accessibility settings too. Does anyone have ideas or suggestions? It reminds me of when you change your PC display resolution but i can't find any setting for that.
