Why is my Samsung GTP3113 Tab is not starting up after reset setting?

I used Titanium backup to delete some system apps and then tried to open Play store. As it did not open, I went for reset setting by pressing and holding power button and vol up button together. After that when I rebooted, I found that although the system rebooted, the next step on pressing does not move ahead. Instead it reboots and asks again to start. I verified from the PC that all the datae from the system have been lost. Only the data fed on the SD card are left. Please help me restart the tab.
