I agree the pro 8.4 should have been a note but samsung probabky didnt go that route to keep down the retail cost. While i have the lg gpad which is great, i also have a samsung note 8.0 and have come to the conclusion that a true stylus compatible tablet like the wacom enbedded note series is a great value -- even if you dont use the stylus much. Its always there. Plus it can act as a mouse etc etc. I bought my note 8.0 for $279 a few weeks ago and really like it. Thats why i was hoping for the same format in a pro model. But the 10 inch is just too big imo. But if the note 10.1 2014 drops in price to the $350 level i would buy one.
