Can the My Files Timeline be disabled or default settings changed

Samsung's My Files app seems to be the only way I can move files from the "Device Storage" to the "SD Memory Card", but it has this annoying habit of always showing my most recently accessed images in the Timeline. Clearing the data and/or clearing the cache does NOT clear the images shown in the Timeline. I've also found no way to change its defaults, so it always starts with the same home page showing the timeline on the right.

I'd like to get rid of My Files (it also has a insanely short limit for length of filenames) altogether if there's an alternative for moving files to the SD Card, but at the very least I would like to disable the Timeline or change it to default to something other than showing every image that's ever been saved to the device.

Any ideas?

You could install ES file explorer. I moved files around with this app.

It is not so much about moving the files, as not having the timeline all together. there seems to be no way to disable it.
You can only clean the cache but eventually it will rebuild over and over.
I dont want this stupid thing either showing anything regarding last accessed files.
