Why won't my wifi and Bluetooth turn on for my Galaxy S 10.5?

my wifi and bluetooth will not turn on for my galaxy s 10.5

up until last night my wifi and Bluetooth have been working perfectly. today however neither work. I go into settings and try to swipe wifi on but it freezes or will not recongnize any wifi. the same goes for my Bluetooth setting. I swipe to turn that on and it switches back off. I reset to factory settings and it still will not turn on. I have wifi ready and is read by my laptops easy.

Has the Tablet been dropped or damaged in any way? Do you still have a warranty?

I don't know much about reloading the OS but there are some threads on using tools that can do that.

Help ! i have the same problem. no wifi or bluetooth. had update to 5.0.2 and now wifi or bluetooth wont work. also can not update. i have tried other Custom Roms but have no solution.tried update Custom Rom to 5.1.1 and still no wifi,tried different Roms PacMan, IronMan, etc.... Im desperate. can you help me out.please
