Screen freezing and Spell check questions

I have the Samsung Tab S 10.5. Here are my issues;

First, I have continuing issues with the screen freezing. I've followed Samsung's advice- all updates, cleaning space, moving data to the sims card, clearing cache, soft reset, hard reset- and the issue returns. The only way to make the device active when it freezes is to turn it off and on again. Samsung wants me to send it to them, but it's my primary office device and I can't function that long without it. ANY IDEAS?

Next, I use the Logitech bluetooth keyboard and attaches to the pad as a notebook. Ilove the functionality of the keyboard, but it does not have, nor can I find spell check for the keyboard. Again...ANY IDEAS?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-19149

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Does this happen without the Bluetooth keyboard connected/attached? Also, I'm not aware of spell check apps or features for Bluetooth keyboards.
