When trying to make outgoing calls on my Samsung GT-S6810P it says Call Ended, why?

When trying to make outgoing calls on my Samsung GT-S6810P it says Call Ended

When I try to make an outgoing call on my Samsung GT-S6810P I press the contact and it looks as though it will start to ring then it says Call Ended. I cannot even ring EE to get my credit

Welcome to Android Central! I would contact EE's support on a landline and ask them if what's going on. They might want to try a replacement SIM card.
