Hoping you can help me out. I purchased my galaxy tab s 8.4 about 6 months ago and haven't had any problems with it. Recently, the wifi has turned off and it will not turn back on. I try sliding the button over to "on", but all i get is "turning on..." and it never even connects and gives me available wifi connections to choose from. In the drop down menu on the main screen, the wifi button is light green, like it is searching but not connected. Can you help me out??

Tried safe mode, still no luck

Sometimes this can be due to a loose connection--I've read where some people can actually get it to work temporarily by hitting the back of the device with their hands. Clearly, this isn't an elegant solution, but it would otherwise require opening up the device to check connections.
