Galaxy Tab S2 WiFi Slow

I recently purchased the Galaxy Tab S2 from Best Buy and the Internet on this thing is terrible. It's almost as if the WiFi is cutting out. It takes forever to load things and I often have to refresh. I've tweaked my router and every other device in the house has strong fast Internet. And that includes other Android devices. I've changed my channel for less interference, changed my DNS to Googles, etc. Has anyone else having this problem and been able to fix it?

The WiFi IS terrible. There's not much you can do other than turn off power saving. I can have my Galaxy Tab4 and my Galaxy S2 side by side at work and where the Tab4 gets 4/4 bars the S2 floats between 1 and 2.
