Tab S2 battery pattern (Charging Issues)

Okay so during August one the fastest chargers ive ever used stopped working now. By september 2nd i had a new one for 1 week it was lightning fast then it started my Tab S2 was 12% i put on charge at 18:30 (which is the normal time i put on charge) by 5:45 (which is when i wake up) it used to always be on 100% but this time it was on 32% what happened? Then i got a new one again charged fast but 18:30 on charge at 40% by 5:45 only at 65% now it begins a pattern It charges fast one day the next day it goes slow and the pattern has happened ever since. Is it the battery or the charger because every charger i tried is the same and ive tried all my plugs at my house
