I've owned my Tab S3 for all of 27 days, and for the first 26 it was amazing! Last night, while reading with the Kindle app, my screen blinked a couple of times over a 5 minute period, then went green, with flickering lines. I can't power it off, I can't manipulate anything on the screen and I worked with Samsung tech support to try to reset the tablet to no avail.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I think it's a hardware issue, but wanted to check with the group before I send it to Samsung for repair. Best Buy will not exchange it.
Attached image is the closest representation I could find of what the screen is doing...but it's green. Taking a picture of the screen just makes it look like it's turned off.
Any tips, tricks or suggestions are welcome! TIA!
