So I got the free bluetooth buds with my S10+ but for the life of me I cannot get them to pair with my S3. For my phone I need the Samsung Wear app but on the S3 it gives an error about not supporting it. I looked on Samsungs website at the disclaimers and it said the tablet needs to have Samsung SmartThings intalled which it does but when I launch it, it cannot find the buds. I also tried to simply turn on bluetooth and see if it could find the buds and it can't. I made sure to have the charging case open as that allows it to be found when scanning. Anyone sucessfull on getting the buds to pair? If so, what's the secret? Thanks in advance!
Update: after doing some more searching I found that I needed to turn the bluetooth off on my phone and then my tablet was able to find it. I guess it can only be connected to one device at a time.
