Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 LTE (T835) & S Voice

I installed S Voice on my T835 but when I try to use it the following message appears:- "S Voice cannot be used while Voice Service Framework and Voice Service are disabled."

I am then given the option to Turn On or Cancel, but when I press Turn On nothing happens.

Where can I find these options to change them. Any ideas please.

Not 100% sure but with Bixby it might not work. Have you tried using Bixby for the things you installed svoice for?
