Pre-order is a better deal at Best Buy

If you're considering this powerhouse for your next tablet and you're thinking of pre-ordering, your best bet is at Best Buy.

If you order at Samsung, you get 1% back in Samsung Points and 90 bucks off the keyboard case. You can also get 12 months with 0% APR for approved credit.

If you order through Amazon, you get 90 dollars off the keyboard, and if you have the Amazon card, you can either get 5% cashback or up to 12 months with 0% APR.

On BestBuy, however, you get an additional 50 dollar in an e-certificate, 92 dollars off the keyboard, and if you have a BestBuy card, 5% back in Best Buy credit (which can go even further if his is your first purchase, netting you 10% back). Or if you don't want the cashback credit, you can also opt for up to 12 months of no interest financing. But if this is your first purchase, I strongly suggest you go with the cashback (132 dollars back if you get the 256GB model with the case).

Good point.... I don't think BB has a trade-in program for this one. I passed on the Samsung one because they only offer $250 for the S4, no matter the storage. If your S5e is the base storage model, the 300 dollars might not be that bad, but you might also be able to squeeze an additional 50 bucks out of it (not sure If they're selling, but that's about the price on OfferUp and eBay near me).

If you live near the border, you can also try to sell it on Mexico's Mercado Libre and get a much better purchase price (at least 450 at the current MXN/USD exchange rate).

Actually, it's only $200 for the 64gb. I was able to sell mine for $340, so that gamble paid off. Ordering the rose blush. Can't wait. 😊

This is just an error in the wording template. If you back to the very beginning of the process you'll see that what is listed as "carrier" is actually just Wi-Fi. Screenshot_20190828-085413_Chrome.jpg

promo code is BACKTOSCHOOL
you probably already figured it out. :)

Tried that code, says it’s invalid
Nvm, got it working. After trading in my tab s4, paid about $562 with tax and expedited shipping. About $300 or so less than Best Buy wanted.

Hmm, anyone else having luck using this code? I keep trying but it's telling me only for specific users even though I have a valid .edu account and came in via StudentBeans site. Did I miss the boat and this expire?

Nevermind, figured it out. Appears account was not properly associated with the student discount program. Once fixed, I was able to get the discount. Now i kind of wish I would have ordered this sooner. Looks like an Sept 26th ship date.
