Bricked Tab, Please Help!

I was trying to return my tab back to stock, it was stuck for about 20 min, i unplugged it from my computer whilst in download mode and it turned off. Now the tab will not turn on at all. I have charged it overnight, tried turning it on and nothing. Have I totally lost my tab? Please help! Thanks!
