Charging issues- Clearing Cache re leaved problem for only 8 days.

I posted a few weeks back at this thread (http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-tab/358968-charging-issues.html)

I got an answer to clear cache and did so it worked for about 8 days. I have posted back to that thread with no answers so I created a new one.

Should I have to do this as regularly as suck. Cleared it again and it began charging, but upon next time I went to charge the device it did not charge as it did the first time. I had to turn the device off and plug in to get it to charge.

I'm getting close to my 90 day return period and I'm wondering how much I should have to do this, or if this is a device issue.
