Kindle newspapers/magazines

Hi all,

I just got a Galaxy Tab on Sprintand installed the kindle app which appears to work fine for my books. I have an EVO 4G and have been using the kindle app for that since it came out. However, for some reason I can't change my kindle account subscriptions to send my newspapers (NY Times) and magazine subscriptions which I currently have sent to my EVO 4G to the Tab instead. Anyone know why and is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I think you have to change the default in you amazon account to the new device.

First you will have to register the Tab. This should occur automatically when you sign into your account on the kindle app.

Next, go to your amazon account. Got to "Digital Content" > Manage your Kindle.

On this page, scroll down to the "Active Subscriptions" and change the "Deliver future editions to" field for each subscription.

Hope this works.

Thanks for the quick response. I did everything you said but when I go to change the subscription device, the option to select my galaxy tab is greyed out.

Don't know what to tell you now. Need to call Amazon customer service I think. Doesn't sound like a problem with the device.
