Hi. I am setting up a friend's new galaxy tab 4 10" she got today. When I try to use the onscreen keyboard, an error window pops up too fast to read and then the keyboard goes down immediately. The only way I could see the error was to record the screen with another device and go frame by frame. The error (or non-error popup window) says:
"The Samsung keyboard learns your writing style and tries to predict what you want to type by remembering what you enter. Passwords will be excluded, but personal information such as credit card numbers will be stored.
Turn on personal data, [this is checked] tap OK to use this feature.
If you do not want your personal data stored, go to keyboard settings and uncheck personal data.
But when I go to Settings and then Samsung keyboard that option is not there.
So basically I cannot use the on screen keyboard on this tablet. What can I do to fix this?
