I just recently bought a samsung tab 4 10.1 tab and I am having problems taking close up pictures that are clear. As part of my job I have to take pictures of people's ids using the tab and send their information via my hotspot to the data center. I have received numerous complaints from the center that the pictures are quite blurry. Ideally, the closer I can get to the IDs the better. What settings should I have my tablet on and /or apps should I install? It seems that I am unable to use camera 360 with the app that I have to use to send pictures

The camera has a minimum focusing distance. If you get closer it won't focus. Try Camera FV-5 Lite in Macro mode (the flower on the autofocus choice). That might get it focusing a little closer.
