The screen of my Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet goes to black within 5 seconds of the device switching on. This is not the same as the screen time-out, which is set for 10 minutes after the tablet is idle. The tablet is responsive, but I need to press the on button to activate the live screen. This has always been the case. I have updated the tablet with all available updates and it is undamaged.
