My Galaxy Tab4 crashed, should i remove the battery and how do you open it

I started to play a game and it said it couldn't connect to facebook and it crashed then

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you try to power on? If it doesn't boot properly, try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11085

no.,what is that going to do? If you don't know, ,strongly suggest taking it to a Samsung Troubleshooting Agent who are all trained w/this issue. Most likely will reset to factory version.
