Why is my tab stuck at the boot screen?

why does my tab stuck at boot screen

I have a rooted sg tab 4 7inch and I switched from Dalvic to ART ,My tab then restarted and got stuck by the boot screen.I wiped the cache and even rebooted my device but it stayed the same. Even when I power it off it just goes on again and stays frozen at the boot screen


Can anyone please hep me?

You may need to do an emergency recovery on the tablet. Take a look at the guide below, it should be able to get you set back up.
