I spilled some water on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, about a few weeks back. It mostly survived intact: all the buttons work, screen works fine, no battery problems, etc. Except for one problem, the screen now has slightly lower peak brightness, and slightly lower minimum brightness, in other words if you set the brightness to 0 the screen turns off completely.

Is there a way to alter the minimum brightness/maximum brightness values to compensate for this?
