Backup Photos from Restricted Profile

Hi,

I'm connecting my Galaxy Tab4 to my mac and trying to backup the photos using Android file transfer. It's only copying over the photos on the main profile. The problem is that my kid took photos while using his restricted user account, and I need to know how to make backup copies of those.

Any help out there?

Have you tried logging in to the restricted user profile, open up the photos app, and see if the account is the same as yours?

Google photos is not available to restricted profiles AFAIK. I think you'll have to upload to a drop box or gdrive account via your web browser on the restricted account and upload the photos you want to keep.
