looking for a bootloader unlock on 5.1.1

I have a sm-t337v on the Verizon network running 5.1.1. I am looking for a way to unlock the bootloader or set the SE for android status to "permissive"... The SE status change would be a good start but I would really like to unlock the bootloader. I have tried talking to Verizon and Samsung both, a total waste of time. Verizon claims they do not have the bootloader locked and Samsung says to contact Verizon. any help is appreciated and if this is a duplicate post I apologize in advance.
