My wife recently got a galaxy watch active. She has developed a rash under the sensors/glass back. She doesn't wear it too tight, or to sleep but still has a red rash underneath. She used to wear a standard watch before the active and no rash. I've been wearing my galaxy watch for 2 years now and never had this problem.
She cleaned it with alcohol, switched wrists and sure enough, there was a rash starting after one day. She isn't known to be allergic to any other materials.
Does anyone have any solution to this? Or even know why? It's a glass back isn't it? Never heard of glass causing a rash. I was thinking a screen protector from a smaller watch that will cover that portion if we can find one.
Thanks.
