I love that I can run with just my watch and headphones. What I don't love is that I have to run like an ***** because the range is ridiculous. I've tried various different types, airports etc. My gear circle is def the best, but even they drop out at arms length. Any ideas?

I use these and have no problems at all. For the price, they are exceptional earphones, too. I regularly run with them. No drop outs.

I've had this problem with my Totu-brand cheapo headphones. Never had any issues with my AKG NC60 Wireless, Beats Solo 3, or Bose Soundsport Free. I know you said you've tried multiple headphones, but is it possible they are all lower-end models with limited Bluetooth range?

Arunma, I think you do need earphones which can generate a strong signal/ have a long range (I'm guessing that amounts to the same thing) because the range of the Galaxy Watch is quite limited. Luckily the watch is attached to you, so this is understandable. I think it should have been made a bit stronger, though, without compromising too much in battery.
Different device with a different purpose notwithstanding, my earphones connect to my Note 9 when the phone is downstairs and I am upstairs. The same earphones lose connection with the watch when they are just a couple of metres apart.
However, for my real world use, this isn't a problem as they stay connected when I am running. That's all I want them to do.

I have noticed the Sony BT headphones I use have no problems connected to my Galaxy Watch or even the S3 Frontier when inside the gym working out but when outside running at the beach, the same headphones skip quite a lot. It is pretty frustrating. I bought another exact Sony headset and the same thing happens. Skipping issues only when outside running. In the gym, all is good. I think it's the weak BT signal the watches transmit.
